Closing date: 4pm, Thursday 10th February

Health Consumers Queensland has an opportunity for six (6) Mums, Nanna’s, Nonis’, Aunties, Fathers or Carers to host a kitchen table discussion with other families to talk about their experience with health care for mums, bubs and kids in the Darling Downs and West Moreton PHN region.

About the project

Health Consumers Queensland has been contracted by Darling Downs and West Moreton PHN (DDWMPHN) to facilitate six (6) kitchen table discussions in February/March to hear about your experience with health care for Mums, Bubs and Kids in your community.

‘TALK ABOUT’? This project is part of the PHN’s ‘TALK ABOUT’ which is a way for Darling Downs and West Moreton PHN to ask you about your experience with health care in your community.

The PHN wants to ‘talk about’ what you think is working well and what you think could be done better.
Throughout 2022, there will be 4 topics in which we will be seeking Kitchen Table Discussion hosts.

To start the year, the PHN wants to ‘talk about‘ MUMs, BUBS AND KIDS.

Who are we seeking as hosts?

Each Kitchen Table Discussion will be led by a Consumer Host with a strong community network and who will invite up to ten (10) community members to have a talk or yarn in a location of their choosing. If hosting a session online via Zoom or Skype, the host will invite up to six (6) community members to participate.
